Our team is formed by professionals and technicians with long experience in mining exploration, the generation and management of projects; an ample knowledge of the Andean geology as well as the ability to conduct field assigments efficiently and safely.
Exploration
Our professionals have extensive experience in geochemistry, environment, geothermal, design and management of exploration projects, structural and economic geology, petrology and volcanology. We focus on hydrothermal systems, particularly porphyry copper, and precious metals epithermal deposits.
We have the ability of adapting to a wide range of client’s needs. From Puna to Patagonia, in Argentina, as well as Chile and other South American countries, we have planned and conducted prospecting and drilling programs, specially on porphyry copper and precious metals.
Our goal is cost-effective exploration, based on a flexible outsourcing model that allows the formation of teams suited to the requirements of each project, close supervision of contractors and budgets, supported by the use of state-of-the-art technology.
Additionally, our firm has professionals who are able to conduct and sign Technical reports as a Qualified/ Competent Person meeting the requirements of NI 43.101 and JORC regulations, for Canadian and Australian markets.
Project Generation and Evaluation
We collaborate with our clients in generative exploration. With their target in mind -silver,gold, copper, uranium, etc-, we evaluate submittals on their behalf or analyze entirely new areas through regional exploration programs.
The evaluation may include review of information remotely -in the office-, visits to the projects, and it can eventually lead to the customized teams, suited to the needs of our clients .

Resource Inventories
As first step to settling down in the region, or simply to open up your range of possibilities in generative exploration, we conduct thorough analyses on current projects and ore deposits specially focused according to the target of our clients. Be it for silver, uranium, copper, gold, geothermal energy, or industrial minerals, among others, we prepare comprehensive reports to provide an updated vision of the situation, mainly in Argentina and Chile.
Modeling
Rojas & Asociados professional team is qualified to collect and validate exploration data; to set up and administrate exploration database; and to interpret and generate geological models.
We also have expertise in grade geostatistical modeling; geology and geotechnics; 3D image display of ore deposits; and evaluation of the ideal spacing for exploration drilling, among others.
Our activities are fully supported by our operations department. They are trained in safety and environment policies, inventory management, logistics theory and practice. Their main focus is to coordinate closely the location and status of all personnel and equipment in each project, providing fast solutions to every demand, using efficient telecommunication techniques and tools.
The direct supervision of contractors also allows to keep costs controlled.
We also plan camps for each project, planning access routes, general layouts, specifying materials that are energy efficient and suitable for harsh climate conditions, and when construction is required, we supervise the works.
